Ordering online with us is safe and secure. Please review our Privacy Policy if you are concerned. Our method of interaction with our visitors does not compromise your e-mail or credit card information. We encourage you to feel comfortable ordering online using your credit card. If you rather, you may send a US Postal money order or a personal check. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear prior to shipment. SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipping charges are calculated on a per item basis. Please note the shipping charges associated with each item in the cart. Repellex uses FedEX for all shipments which means you can track your order every step of the way. Shipments can only be made by ground. Since there is a danger of leakage due to pressure change, shipment can not be made by air.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Each item sold is carefully inspected prior to shipment.. If the mechandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after arrival for a return authorization claim number. All claims must be made within 4 days of receipt of the order. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for a refund.
WARRANTIES
All items are warranted by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by GBM Enterprises, Inc. Deer and Critter Repellent is not responsible for abuse, misuse, misapplication or mistreatment of any product. All claims will be governed by the RETURN/REFUND POLICY.
TAXES
Deer and Critter Repellent does NOT charge sales tax for orders placed outside the State of Colorado. If you order within the State of Colorado, you will be charged an additional 2.9% for sales tax.
BACKORDERS
In the rare instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.
CANCELLATIONS
Since we try to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being replaced.
